Purchasing Encouragement Stories and other items in advance of our publishing releases or production date is a great way for you to secure your masterpiece at wholesale prices. Best of all you save up to 50% off the retail price. MasterpieceFactory makes available selected items for pre-purchasing at least 2 months in advance of their scheduled release or production dates. All items are shipped once the release date passes or production is complete.
Shipping Information:
Items that are in stock will be prepared and shipped out within 24-48 hours after payment for the order had been received. Depending on the shipping method chosen orders can be sent out as soon as one business day or they may take up to 14 days (for orders inside North America) or 30 days (for orders to Europe, Australia and other continents).
Back Orders:
Items that are out of stock at the time of purchase will be shipped to you within 3 – 5 weeks. You may also purchase items through amazon.com.
Return Policy:
MasterpieceFactory Inc.does not currently offer a refund for its products. All sales are final.
Exchange Policy:
Within 30 days of delivery you may exchange your faulty order (only) for the same item only (no cash refunds). You should expect to receive your exchanged item within 30 days. It takes up to 3 days to process your order once we receive it.
